Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our guests and technicians, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
Product Returns
Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Therefore, you may exchange any product, or receive a store credit for products only, within 30 days of the original purchase. Styling tools are final sale, warranty by manufacturer.
Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gratuity can be added to bill.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer them.
